Job Description

We provide a full service offering, delivering high-quality local solutions across a broad range of practices. Our client base consists primarily of venture capital funds, investment banks, technology powerhouses and household brand names. As a firm with a very strong global client base, we have considerable expertise in consulting on, and coordinating, complex cross-border transactions and disputes.

You will gain experience in a number of administration tasks such as diary management, conference call support, project administration, travel, expenses, website updates / maintenance, event support and internal newsletter campaigns.

In conjunction with Belfast Metropolitan College, you will gain Level 3 City & Guilds Business Administration qualification.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience is not required but applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above in English and Mathematics (ICT is desirable) and a grade C pass at A Level in any subject or equivalent qualification.
