Job Description

· Directing and answering patient enquiries as required by phone and email

· Greeting and assisting patients and their families in person.

· Booking appointments including texting and written confirmation.

· Printing forms and invoices including extensive use of Practice Manager Software including creating and scanning documentation to patient records

· Ensuring the completion of necessary forms and papers by patients

· Effective team working, maintaining professional relationships internally and externally

· Delivery of consistently high standards of assistance and attention to detail.

· Relevant administration skills and functions commensurate with the role requirements.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Must have experience of front of house assistance in person and by telephone and email in a busy environment. · Strong administrative capability in producing, completing and checking paperwork and forms. · Demonstrable ability to identify, challenge and report any potential risk or patient issue situation. · Working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office suite plus the ability to type. · Ability to be flexible in working hours which will include evenings. · GSCE English, Math and IT, grades A to C and RSA Stage II typing
