Job Description

You will work within a team of administrative staff to provide first line customer support, through the handling of personal, telephone and email enquiries, processing enrolments and payments where required and providing appropriate information to enable students to make informed decisions. You will undertake local day-to-day administrative activities including banking and income reconciliation; provide administrative support for the smooth running and delivery of examinations and assessment/enrolment events in local Centre’s and external venues; and support the marketing of courses.

We are looking for candidates with the ability to operate within a demanding administrative service requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet sometimes demanding deadlines. Applicants will need excellent oral and written communication skills and should be able to organize their own workload, priorities work and act with initiative where appropriate.

You must have the equivalent of 5 GCSEs to include Level 2 English and math and appropriate IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Applicants will need previous experience working in Administration, ideally within an adult education setting or with a customer service focus.

  • Monday 09:00 to 17:00
  • Tuesday 09:00 to 17:00
  • Wednesday 17:00 to 20:00
