Arrange and attend all directors’ and shareholders’ meetings.
Preparation of minutes, resolutions and associated documentation.
Arrange for notarizing and legalization of documents.
Administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships, including in relation to corporate records, filings, anti-money laundering documentation and billing.
Liaising with the Registrar of Companies in connection with routine corporate administrative/regulatory matters.
Ensuring that the statutory records and corporate documents of each client are maintained in accordance with law and internal policies and procedures.
Preparation of documentation and correspondence.
Managing the billing process.
Obtaining AML/CFT documentation from clients and intermediaries.
Maintaining Register of beneficial ownerships for client companies to include all associated filings.
Frequent client contact via email and telephone.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified or part-qualified ICSA.
Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Funds/insurers industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work on your own initiative as required and also as part of a team.
