Job Description
  • Meeting and greeting high net worth clients on arrival and seeing them to an appropriate waiting area
  • Dealing with incoming calls promptly and directing calls to the appropriate member of staff
  • Dealing with email enquiries and corresponding with internal and external contacts in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Photocopying, filing and franking of post
  • Dealing with incoming post, distributing timely and accurately
  • Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all meeting rooms and reception area is clean and tidy at all times
  • Making tea and coffee and arranging meeting supplies as required
  • Meeting room diary management
  • Administrative duties as required to support the overall running of the department.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum three years Receptionist experience in a corporate/professional service setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • IT literate with experience managing the booking of multiple meeting rooms
  • Experience operating a switchboard will be an advantage.
