Job Description

The successful candidate will be a proven professional with exceptional administrative experience.

  • High-level administrative and operational support
  • Provide support for senior staff members
  • Manage new and existing customer and supplier relations
  • Work closely with team members and other businesses to continually develop organization systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service through all channels
  • Manage email lists and policy data

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • The ability to work on multiple matters, including prioritizing work, arranging diaries and conferences and meeting deadlines
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • Familiarity with financial documents
  • Strong grasp of office systems
