Job Description
You will assist with all administrative duties to ensure the smooth and effective running of each department. Duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating online and offline filing systems
- Diary Management and travel arranging
- Opening and closing case files
- Drafting letters and correspondence to clients
- Dictation
- Formatting and reformatting of Legal Documents
- Monthly billing and invoicing, working closely with the accounts department
- All other administrative duties as requested to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department
