Job Description

You will assist with all administrative duties to ensure the smooth and effective running of each department. Duties will include:

  • Maintaining and updating online and offline filing systems
  • Diary Management and travel arranging
  • Opening and closing case files
  • Drafting letters and correspondence to clients
  • Dictation
  • Formatting and reformatting of Legal Documents
  • Monthly billing and invoicing, working closely with the accounts department
  • All other administrative duties as requested to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2+ years’ Legal Secretary experience essential, preferably within a Corporate and/or Dispute Resolution department
  • Strong billing and invoicing experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous experience opening and closing case files
  • Highly familiar with online and offline Legal filing systems and software
  • Proven experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced team, as well as working on own initiative, to deadline
