Job Description
  • Diary / Meeting Management
  • Detailed organization of travel arrangements 
  • Translation of the selected documents or co-ordination of quality translation from specialist suppliers 
  • Drafting of Letters
  • Implementing Office Policy 
  • Ad Hoc support as required for extended Team. 
  • Responsibility of the management of office supplies and stationery 
  • Responsibility of the management of incoming and outgoing post 
  • Co-ordination of invoices for authorization/SAP (PO processing)
  • Assist in the management of company car administration (through Hertz) – including leasing, maintenance, insurance. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fluent German would be ideal but not essential 
  • SAP experience 
  • Min 2/3 years in a similar PA / Office Manager role
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work with data (numerate) 
  • Good organization and time management 
  • Team player 
  • Confidentiality
