Job Description
This is a dynamic role which will involve the successful candidate working across a broad range of HR assignments. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Providing sound HR advice and support to a broad range of clients across the public and private sector.
- Development of employment contracts and policies in line with best practice and statutory requirements.
- Delivering end to end recruitment solutions that are professional and quality focused;
- Supporting the delivery of a range of organizational development projects from carrying out research and data collection, engaging with stakeholders, developing recommendations and producing associated first draft reports;
- Assisting in the conduct of workplace and protected disclosure investigations under the guidance and direction of lead investigator, barrister, employee relations specialist and/or manager.
- Assisting with business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches;
- Contributing to the financial and commercial management of the unit including raising invoices, debtor management, WIP and budget management.
