Job Description

To ensure the effective and efficient deployment of the DMS / IMS and other Keyloop systems, either remotely or on site. Working as a member of the installation team, you will analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes and operational needs and advise customers on product operation. The role requires the ability to deploy projects remotely and will require travel throughout Ireland with occasional overseas projects. The role may assume the role of Project Manager, and will be expected to professionally deliver the projects in terms of budget, sign off and revenue parameters. The candidate will ideally has knowledge of the systems across a range of disciplines. Should be highly organized, articulate, analytical, and commercially aware, with an in-depth knowledge of business operations and systems. Should also have the energy, drive and passion to get the job done and be able to develop and build strong strategic relationships with customers and share the expertise across the business.

• Engage with customers to understand business requirements and identify product setup requirements to achieve the agreed aims
• Advanced business consultancy - Guide & advise the customer / OEMs in terms of best practice operational processes, system functionalities and service configuration in line with their business requirements, but keeping the focus on a standardized solution
• Based on business experience and knowledge, make best practice recommendations to the configurations and/or client business processes to maximize client utilization and business results
• Ability to utilize effective management, negotiation, and influencing skills both internally and externally to ensure a successful implementation of all products and services right first time within scope
• Perform system integration testing to ensure the solution delivers what's expected by the client
• Validate (when required) the data migrated from the customer and signed off by the customer prior to go-live
• Ability to own key issues within discipline and resolve to customer satisfaction
• Provides clear and concise customer communication to agree implementation criteria and sign off
• Project Management – to professionally manage projects in terms of budget, sign-off and project team relationships
• Develop implementation Project Plan to include project scope, resource requirements, key milestones, risk mitigation plan and installation success criteria.
• Provides status updates, tracks open issues, and works with all Keyloop groups to resolution as required
• Develop, track and report key implementation progress metrics
• Ensure Client satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness and thorough communication
• Train the users (when required) prior to go live date in the operation of the products
• Execute the cut-over into production on the agreed go live date
• Provide on-site support to end users to guide, advise and verify that users are able to undertake the role using the products
• Provide adhoc follow consultancy services to deliver ongoing advice and guidance to clients making minor system changes as required to tune the products for the client

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams
• Strong PC technical knowledge, including MS Office, MS Excel
• 3 year’s experience in a business consulting role including experience of financial applications
• Demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude
• Must be very strongly process-driven with experience of working in a changing environment and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle increasingly high volume of work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment in a calm manner
• As part of a cross functional team – extensive knowledge of AUTOLINE across a number of disciplines (desirable, not essential)
• Knowledge of the Automotive industry (desirable, not essential)
