Job Description

You’ll work closely with client account managers to offer support with customer transactions. You will learn:

  • Communicating new customer enquiries to account managers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Using computer systems to maintain customer information
  • Preparing documents
  • Helping to sell additional services
  • Prioritizing work for account managers

During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships through a mixture of classroom learning and 1-1 tutor support.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering such topics as project management, systems and processes, business structures and so much more.

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C Or above) Essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Math (Grade 4/C Or above) Essential
