You will deliver excellent customer service, providing helpful advice by phone, letter and email, as well as acknowledging all new applications and correspondence, ensuring you maintain accurate and full records via our in-house systems.
You will also be responsible for processing credit card transactions and recording incoming payments, the production of confined spaces permits for our approved contractors and scheduling CCTV and visitor appointments.
