Job Description

You will deliver excellent customer service, providing helpful advice by phone, letter and email, as well as acknowledging all new applications and correspondence, ensuring you maintain accurate and full records via our in-house systems.

You will also be responsible for processing credit card transactions and recording incoming payments, the production of confined spaces permits for our approved contractors and scheduling CCTV and visitor appointments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn new skills and an eye for detail. You’ll need to be able to adopt a methodical approach and priorities your workload to ensure you deliver an excellent service to all stakeholders.

  • The ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with colleagues and customers

  • The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A willingness to adapt and respond to change
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with microsoft office.
