Job Description

Working as part of the reception/admin team in a busy medical practice, your main duties will cover manning switchboard and reception (booking appointments, dealing with requests for assistance from patients, GPs and other medical staff); scanning and filing data and managing repeat prescriptions and clinical tasks.

You will bring energy and enthusiasm, good written and communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; an unflappable nature; value customer service; and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
