Job Description

You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value advertisers in a one to many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support customers.

  • Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for clients in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched en masse with minimal customization
  • Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of our products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
  • Assume ownership - Work with small and medium clients to optimize and improve the performance of their campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Understand their business objectives and determine the right course of action with a view on helping them grow their business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or another related area of study or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and Hebrew is essential for the success of this role (this will be assessed using the Pipplet language assessment tool)
  • Previous account management experience, managing advertising clients at scale or equivalent experience in relatable field (tech sales, B2B or B2C sales, etc)
  • Good experience of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Knowledge of a self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products.
  • Passionate about our marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goal with a large book of business.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
  • Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
