Job Description
You will address large-scale account integrity issues and partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Legal teams to create scalable solutions.
- Manage day-to-day Business Integrity Operations through vendor engagement and process improvement, to improve quality and efficiency outputs
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop solutions that improve the overall user experience and safety
- Effectively plan and manage complex projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution to further our mission
- Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation as well as after-hours and weekend duty when necessary
- Be a Trust and Safety subject matter expert, and maintain expertise by regularly performing operational core work, handling escalations and quality audits
- Develop a deep end-to-end understanding of Trust and Safety and how it affects our community
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to drive efficient analytics and reporting
