Job Description
  • Lead partner portfolio and account planning.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights, and collaborate with assigned account team, to develop strategic account and portfolio plans.
  • Develop collaborative relationship with account team.
  • Drive effective, strategic and consistent partner conversations and action plans to increase results.
  • Build intentional partner relationships that drive revenue.
  • Conduct proactive meetings to develop trusted advisor status, build loyalty, improve business.
  • Establish yourself as the point person for day to day account management inquiries and performance concerns.
  • Be present and available to advertisers and build customer loyalty.
  • Contribute to year over year increases in partner satisfaction.
  • Model exceptional account management that delivers sales and service excellence.
  • Bring competitive and industry insights and media sales experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations.
  • Partner with account team to exceed partner expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, resolving technical issues.
  • Drive the growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with account team and key internal partners.
  • Utilize relationships to provide seamless account management, a united front to customers and ultimately enable the ability to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations.
  • Lead account conversations with key internal partners to evaluate account performance, develop short and long term strategies and discuss/act upon optimization opportunities
  • Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives across the platform and ecosystem.
  • Consistently make every effort to increase knowledge of the industry and strengthen business acumen.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in the reseller, partner, or tool provider space is preferable.
  • Aptitude for understanding technical API implementations and issues a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree (MA, MBA, PhD) preferred; equivalent work experience with focus on Sales
  • 3+ years working in a sales or customer service organization
  • 3+ years search advertising experience preferred
  • Relentless focus on the partner experience, with demonstrated capabilities meeting partner needs and strategic campaign goals
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Demonstrated passion for search and technology and its use in driving revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive amid ambiguity
  • Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure and build ongoing relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
