Job Description

You’ll be an integral part of the business and tasked with creating and maintaining a brilliant working environment, supporting across finance and operations and the day to day running of the business. We’ve got an exciting future ahead of us as an employee-owned business and this role has plenty of scope for further development as we go on this journey.

You’ll make sure the office runs smoothly, working with our current suppliers and finding new ones to make sure we are fully stocked with everything needed. We have regular guests and so you’ll ensure the office is in good shape and support where needed to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. You’ll be assisting all teams with their expenses, incentive rewards and all back-office processes – problem-solving and having input in creating positive working practices. Helping us celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and planning our staff events. 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You’ll need to have some commercial office experience, ideally gained within an SME business where it’s all about pitching in and doing what’s needed.
  • You’ll need to be highly IT literate, we used Microsoft 365 but you’ll be trained on all systems.
  • If you’ve had exposure to company finances in any shape or form that would be amazing. Although not essential an interest in this area is important.
  • Motivated and self-driven, you’ll have a real chance to grow the role and make it your own.
  • High attention to detail is key and you’ll be super organized.
  • Great communication skills are really important as you’ll work with everyone in the business.
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to multitask, have an adaptable approach and enjoy working to deadlines.
