Job Description
  • Purchase ledger (invoices, coding, authorizations, VAT)
  • Processing freight and duty Invoices
  • Assisting in the GRNI reconciliation
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly supplier pay run
  • Daily bank uploads and reconciliations
  • Processing credit card expenses
  • Assisting with queries and reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational & prioritization skills
  • Ability to build relationships with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
