Job Description

We have an immediate vacancy for a proactive and self-motivated Receptionist to join our Business Operations team on a temporary 6-month contract. Reporting to the Business Operations Director, this role will act as the main liaison for staff and visitors to the office. It is an excellent opportunity to join our professional and innovative team and learn from the best.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of all phone calls to the office
  • Processing of all post received and dissemination to relevant unit
  • Responsible for all outgoing post including registered post
  • Management of all couriers into and out of office
  • Contact person for all staff and visitors to offices
  • Acting as part of the wider Business Operations team providing administrative support to Finance, HR and Operations as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 2 years’ experience with receptionist experience
  • Experience in professional services, financial services or similar industry is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
