Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional receptionist wishing to join a busy team in a professional environment. The main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and courteous reception service to all clients, visitors and staff.

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner. 
  • Provide a professional and personable service to all clients
  • Reserving meeting rooms and requesting catering arrangements 
  • Operating a busy switch board and directing calls in a positive and professional manner
  • Booking taxi services, couriers etc. 
  • On- site Health & Safety responsibilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous reception experience is essential
  • Ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels
  • Excellent professional etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client service orientation/ customer care skills
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Self- motivated and keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment
  • MS Office and switch board experience
