Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who displays their own initiative, with a high level of attention to detail and who wants to work as part of a dynamic team to expand their experience within a corporate environment. 
Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Create and maintain employee files and records, draft up letters and other office support activities.
  • Assist with the organization and management of social events as necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees including booking flights and accommodation where necessary, updating the relocation guide and performing reference checks.
  • Ensure that all non-EU employees have a right to work in Ireland and have the relevant documents such as Visa’s and work permits.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits program.
  • Carry out and maintain the joiner/leaver process and records
  • Meet & greet clients/visitors on site
  • Answer and re-direct calls to the business (on and offsite).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, liaise with couriers.
  • Ensure common areas /meeting rooms are carefully maintained to a high standard.
  • Book meeting facilities and order catering, as required.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the team, ensuring visas, passports and itineraries are up to date and adhere to company travel policy.
  • Maintain Kitchen and office supply inventory.
  • Co-ordinate onsite locker and storage facilities.
  • Carry out projects and other responsibilities as required by the HR team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A HR qualification or working towards one which is accredited by CIPD.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to positively contribute to the work of a busy team.
  • Effective communicator both written and verbally.
  • Previous experience within Customer Service roles preferable
  • Flexible attitude and ability to react appropriately within a busy environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in organizing their own work and demonstrating effective time management.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive approach and ability to use your initiative to solve issues.
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
