Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain good client relationships within assigned brand.
  • Attend client meetings and assist with producing meeting minutes in a timely fashion.
  • Support us with the end-to-end project management and delivery of assigned events and projects.
  • Track and manage projects to ensure activities are in line with scope.
  • Keep accurate and organized records of project plans for assigned projects and events.
  • Develop an understanding of therapeutic areas and therapeutic area medical communication needs.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Undergraduate degree in life sciences, business or equivalent
  • Preliminary experience of communications, marketing or event management and an interest to grow a career with Medical Communications
  • Attention to detail, action orientated, strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • A passion to learn about the Pharma industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
