Job Description

This role is responsible for providing all HR contractual administration relating to employees' terms and conditions throughout the life cycle of their employment, processing transactions in a professional, efficient and accurate way ensuring that a high level of service is received by new and existing members of the University. This includes (but is not limited to) contractual documentation, payments and outcomes from regular exercises such as contribution reward schemes and academic career pathways.

Working with the Administration Manager (and Deputy), this role develops and implements the documented procedures of the team and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement. There are seeking two individuals for this role to join the established team to support them with the workload throughout the Transformation Programme.

Applicants should be educated to A-level or have equivalent practical experience. They should have broad experience in an administrator role and be used to administering high volumes working to tight deadlines. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to prioritise their own workload. They should be experienced in using Microsoft Office and be detail orientated. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
