Job Description
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting process for local or remote positions
  • Conduct strategy sessions with hiring managers to align profile and recruiting process; build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Act as talent advisor and provide a consultative approach to hiring manager and/or business stakeholder showcasing data, trends, and talent and competitive intelligence
  • Understand the skills best suited for a successful hire and recruit both active and passive candidates in challenging talent markets
  • Think outside of the box to source and hire for difficult-to-place roles; create and implement innovative solutions 
  • Participate as needed in career fairs, lectures, webinars, campus events, etc to support early talent sourcing and outreach activities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relevant experience working in a similar role managing end to end TA processes
  • Demonstrated success working in a high-volume hiring environment
  • Proven ability to leverage Social Networking tools and sites to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Solid project management skills and proven success in defining and executing initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with candidates, internal stakeholders and mid- to senior level executives
  • Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders’ expectations
  • Experience sourcing top talent using innovative recruiting techniques
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
