Manage full life cycle recruiting process for local or remote positions
Conduct strategy sessions with hiring managers to align profile and recruiting process; build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
Act as talent advisor and provide a consultative approach to hiring manager and/or business stakeholder showcasing data, trends, and talent and competitive intelligence
Understand the skills best suited for a successful hire and recruit both active and passive candidates in challenging talent markets
Think outside of the box to source and hire for difficult-to-place roles; create and implement innovative solutions
Participate as needed in career fairs, lectures, webinars, campus events, etc to support early talent sourcing and outreach activities
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Relevant experience working in a similar role managing end to end TA processes
Demonstrated success working in a high-volume hiring environment
Proven ability to leverage Social Networking tools and sites to identify and engage passive candidates.
Solid project management skills and proven success in defining and executing initiatives
Excellent communication skills with candidates, internal stakeholders and mid- to senior level executives
Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
Ability to manage senior stakeholders’ expectations
Experience sourcing top talent using innovative recruiting techniques
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
