Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring that any administration for the quality team is up to date and actioned.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake general administrative duties as required to support the Quality Team
- Data inputting into the Quality computer system
- Creating reports from queries from the Quality Computer system
- To help answer and monitor phone calls to Quality dept
- Responding to Quality e mails and reallocating them to appropriate staff
- To answer or redirect queries, samples from customers, suppliers both internally and externally
- To organise, attend and participate at meetings as required, including the taking producing and distributing of actions
- Put together presentations following team meetings
- To book travel and accommodation
