Job Description

This position offers excellent development opportunities to learn human resources in a growing, multinational software company. 

  • Delivering HR support to staff in multiple locations
  • Creating employment contracts and other employment related letters
  • Coordinating relocation assistance for new staff
  • Managing immigration requirements and compliance
  • Delivering HR Orientation programs and managing the onboarding process for multiple locations
  • Supporting front line policy, benefits and general HR questions from staff and managers
  • Managing the on-boarding process of new hires
  • Creating reports for various HR programs and processes
  • Ownership for absence management processes and policies
  • Supporting benefits and wellness related programs
  • Coordinating L&D programs
  • Leading HR projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2+ years of HR or HR related experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Interest in HR, desire to learn and take on new challenges
  • Interest in process improvement and automation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and reporting tools. Specific experience with Workday is a plus
  • Knowledge of employment practices in UK, Ireland and/or Sweden a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree and 1 year of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
