Job Description

The role is varied and engaging, with a primary focus on payment allocation through SAP, whereby you will also maintain customer accounts and general ledgers. You will carry out administrative duties and directly handle customer queries via telephone and email. Part of this role will involve assisting the debt collection team. You will also be liaising with other departments to support our customers through their application process, ensuring levels of service targets are met.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer service and financial experience (preferably business to business)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with ability to discuss matters such as payment resolution & debt chasing
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products - including the use of VLOOKUP & pivot tables
