Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for producing sales reports and information for the team and will be required to develop and maintain a series of databases and spreadsheets as well as using business reporting systems at any given time.

We are looking for you to drive commercial processes, procedures & embedding our standard ways of working. This will extend to proactively seeking opportunities and improvements to existing processes and procedures & implementing where & when relevant.

Working as part of a team, you will be required to work collaboratively and efficiently with a broad range of stakeholders up to and including the leadership team. The role holder will be expected to take a proactive approach to their role, identifying opportunities to free up our front line Commercial & Sales teams to spend more time delivering a great customer experience.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven ability to deliver to deadlines and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work with a focus on continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with SAP/Advanced Excel
  • You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must have effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • You have a proactive approach to problem solving / remaining organised with the workload.
