Job Description
  • Manage inbound telephone and email enquiries from potential, returning and existing clients seeking to use one of our Contractor Solutions, other existing services and new services
  • Listening to customer requirements and offering advice on the most suitable of our solutions for each individual personal circumstances
  • Recording enquiries in pipeline records and identifying trends;
  • Proactively following up on leads and taking personal responsibility for your own pipeline, ensuring that conversion of referrals to new client sign-ups are maximized;
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with recruitment agencies through open and consistent interactive communication;
  • Customer relationship management; conducting follow up calls to new clients and other activities to maintain excellent relationships with existing clients;
  • Relationship building and maintenance with recruitment agencies and other business referrers;
  • Seek new opportunities for company during daily interactions with customers and business referrers;
  • Support other business units in business development work as required to deliver excellent customer service;
  • Keep up to date with all developments within the recruitment services, tax and payroll industries, compliance and general legislation as it relates to the operating processes of company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a customer adviser role, with sales targets. Experience of working within a tax, payroll or financial services industry is a strong advantage;
  • Experience of holding and regularly surpassing sales targets;
  • A qualification in payroll, tax or accounting is a strong advantage;
  • Customer focused with a genuine desire to help and care for our clients and to build long term positive relationships;
  • Strong emotional intelligence, in particular an ability to understand a person’s needs and articulating solutions;
  • Able to build rapport and comfortable developing client relationships via “face to face” interaction, over the phone, and virtually;
  • Excellent and friendly telephone manner with good active listening skills;
  • Excellent standards of written and verbal English;
  • Be self-disciplined, proactive and highly motivated with a hunger to succeed and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic fast growing company;
  • Great attention to detail due to the sensitivity of the information and documentation handled;
  • Highly organized; can work calmly in a deadline driven environment;
  • Excellent general computer skills;
  • Integrity and confidentiality;
  • Great interpersonal skills with outgoing, friendly personality; enjoys dealing with people;
  • Team player with good general awareness as to the needs of others, who can proactively support colleagues as needed, to assist with collective achievement of company goals and the wellbeing of the team;
