Collaborating with the marketing team to manage launch programs, live events, calendars, creative concepts, and campaigns to drive traffic to the eSource site
Responsible for website performance metrics ensuring there is a clear view of what success looks like across the site in terms of customer behavior, conversion, traffic, bounce rate
Work with marketing to ensure that spend is optimized and identify improvements to drive KPI’s
Work with in-house web developer to improve customer experience of the eSource site, branding, and content of eSource site.
Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, as well as traffic sources to ensure offsite and onsite campaigns, content creation and content programming are maximized and monitored.
Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy to ensure we maximize our visibility, deliver KPI’s
Liaising with multiple global vendors to organize special offers for eSource customers and to ensure that products and offers are being updated regularly
Guaranteeing our customers receive prompt and efficient service, setting a one-hour lead time on query responses which has been adopted as standard by the wider team
Managing and forecasting pipeline and GP
Recruiting, selecting, and training new team members.
Collaborating effectively with Business Unit managers, Senior Managers, and customers to aid the growth of the overall business across all segments
Understanding the market/verticals and building and executing plans to grow them.
Client visits and video calls, for a new and existing customer, identifying, and following up business leads.
Representing eir evo within the Partner Community and as well as internal stakeholders coordinating the execution of sales opportunities
Maintain and nurture close business relationships with all points of contact within our account base, understanding all aspects of their business.
Ensure all accounts are effectively and proactively managed, taking responsibility for all quotes, product orders, and deliveries from end to end.
Analyze results and highlight challenges of campaigns implemented to develop best practice for future strategy planning
Submit regular reports on performance vs. target highlighting achievements, challenges and future opportunities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in managing a Digital Function at a senior level is essential
Proven track record of exceeding Sales Targets
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and PowerPoint) with the ability to interact up to senior management level.
Experience in a large organization – preferably telecommunications/IT and in the B2B Fixed area
Strong skills in planning, organization, scheduling, problem solving and the resolution of conflicting priorities.
Ability to work under pressure and exceed sales targets
Ability to move into an evolving area and play a role in establishing new processes and best practice.
