Job Description

This will be a job-sharing role to cover full time hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shift pattern will be confirmed depending on the requirements of the successful candidate and the workplace. The successful candidate will be required to work additional hours to cover the full-time Rota when the other person is absent from the workplace.

You will be required to organize and efficiently control the departments Finance administration requirements in collaboration with the Manager, whilst ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong background in administration experience would be beneficial
  • I.T. skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Presentable
  • Eager to learn
  • A sound level of common sense
  • Must be accurate and show attention to detail
  • Have good telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and able to work on own initiative
  • Flexible approach to their work
  • Rapport building skills

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) basic disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
