Job Description

You will assist with various accounting duties and book keeping to facilitate the accurate production of monthly management accounts.

  • To assist with various accounting duties and bookkeeping to facilitate the accurate production of monthly management accounts.
  • General office administration to assist all functions of the Finance, HR and Procurement departments as required.
  • Specific: Monitoring the Accounts mailbox and dealing with emails
  • Daily reconciliation of UK bank accounts
  • Filing and scanning of paperwork
  • Reconciling customer accounts and running statements bi-weekly
  • Opening post daily and redirecting
  • Assisting with transaction testing during audit periods
  • General duties to provide coverage during staff holidays or absences
  • Ad-hoc admin duties to support HR and Procurement
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge

Experience within a finance office environment and use of SAP would be advantageous. This is an office based role, 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
