Job Description
You will assist with various accounting duties and book keeping to facilitate the accurate production of monthly management accounts.
- To assist with various accounting duties and bookkeeping to facilitate the accurate production of monthly management accounts.
- General office administration to assist all functions of the Finance, HR and Procurement departments as required.
- Specific: Monitoring the Accounts mailbox and dealing with emails
- Daily reconciliation of UK bank accounts
- Filing and scanning of paperwork
- Reconciling customer accounts and running statements bi-weekly
- Opening post daily and redirecting
- Assisting with transaction testing during audit periods
- General duties to provide coverage during staff holidays or absences
- Ad-hoc admin duties to support HR and Procurement
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge
Experience within a finance office environment and use of SAP would be advantageous. This is an office based role, 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
