Job Description
You’ll be part of our fast-paced Finance team responsible for the management and maintenance of all files and records to the highest possible standard. This role would be perfect for someone who is looking for their first step in to the world of finance, or someone who is an exceptionally organized administrator already, looking for further experience.
What will you be doing:
- Collecting, and distributing incoming post each day
- Allocation of receipts to customer accounts – electronic bank receipts, card payments, cheques
- Assist in the reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
- Organizing and sorting stores paperwork and documentation
- Storing and archiving office files and documents
- Removal of shredding material for old paperwork and files
- Keeping detailed and accurate logs of files
- Managing confidential and sensitive documents
- General ad-hoc office tasks
- Manual handling of boxes and files will be required
