Job Description

You will be part of our administration team and will provide support to our team of paraplanners and advisers. Previous experience within a financial services administration role is desirable but full training will be provided. The role is for an immediate start, full time hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Main Duties will include:

  • First point of contact for client and adviser queries
  • Logging incoming & outgoing mail
  • Sending letters/documents to Clients & Providers
  • Binding reports
  • Stationary orders
  • Obtaining client portfolio valuations
  • Compiling reports on charges and valuations
  • Liaising with Product Providers and Advisers
  • Data Processing
  • Adding client details & documents to our in house system

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good literacy and numerical skills
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An excellent Telephone manner
  • Be well organized
  • Have ability to work on own initiative and support others in a team where necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to follow set workflow processes accurately
  • Previous experience working with pensions
  • Experience working in an administrative role in a professional office environment
  • Friendly Demeanor with a passion for helping clients
  • GCSE level or above (Math & English)
