Job Description
To provide a memorable and efficient reception service, ensuring anyone working, visiting or coming into contact with the office receives a positive impression.
This role is truly a manager in charge of first impressions, responsible for shaping the interactions that stakeholders have with the company.
- Manage the reception desk, being the first point of call for all visitors and contractors and directing calls to the company.
- Liaise with our services in relation to unplanned or emergency maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and manage cycle scheme appointments with our Services.
- Act as a key point of contact for Facilities & Business Support.
- Support department with completion of Helpdesk tickets.
- Create and issue ID cards to new starters/existing staff as required.
- Management of mail room services including daily post and courier deliveries.
- Support the Travel Manager with on-site travel arrangements.
- Manage both hot desk and meeting room bookings, including room set-up and support.
- Work closely with IT to manage weekly shipping of new starter kits as well as adhoc shipments.
- Be part of an ambitious and growing team, looking for innovative ways of working and continually improving the function.
- Support with departmental monthly credit card reconciliation.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
