Job Description

You will be running the accounts team and your duties will include the reporting of the system, day to day running of the Accounts Payable team, the setting up of new supplier accounts and ensuring good communication with existing accounts. You will prepare purchase ledger payment runs and manage supplier terms and rebates.
This role will see you oversee Intrastat submissions and you will process and check electronic and manual invoices using a stock management system. It will be your responsibility to set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger, ensuring new VAT rules are adhered too. You will also need to build a good relationship with your team and ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered to plus work to tight deadlines.
This is a full time position and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:30pm and offers a completive rate of pay.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Preference is for you to hold a financial qualification (AAT or equivalent) with proven Accounts Payable management experience.
You will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills along with exceptional attention to detail and advanced knowledge of excel. You will also have experience of multi-currency and strong analytical skills. Above all, a desire to work hard and progress within a growing business is what they are looking for.
