Job Description
  • Setting up new starters and issuing contracts of employment;
  • Updating, maintaining and reporting key HR information and data including probation, induction, training and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Providing administrative support including dealing with general enquiries, via e-mail and telephone, in line with organizational policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems;
  • Work in conjunction with the HR team to co-ordinate and provide training solutions to learning and development needs across the Group;
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Office;

  • Great people skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
