Job Description
- Setting up new starters and issuing contracts of employment;
- Updating, maintaining and reporting key HR information and data including probation, induction, training and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
- Providing administrative support including dealing with general enquiries, via e-mail and telephone, in line with organizational policies and procedures;
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems;
- Work in conjunction with the HR team to co-ordinate and provide training solutions to learning and development needs across the Group;
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
