Job Description
You need to be friendly, positive and able to thrive under pressure to deliver a high standard of customer service from reservation to departure for our guests. Ideally you will be someone comfortable multi-tasking their way through a busy shift, dealing with an array of different guest needs & wants. Some duties to include:
- Meeting and greeting
- Dealing with reservation enquires
- Check guests in and out of the apartments
- General administration
- Dealing with telephone and email enquires
- Cash handling
- Promoting hotel brand and getting positive reviews

Schedule:

Must be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook would be preferred. Previous Hotel Reception experience is preferred.
