• Provides administrative support services to senior GCDI Leaders including; calendar management, organising office logistics, travel & T&E support
• Manages Purchase Orders (POs) and tracks UK team budget spend
• Proficient utilisation of company systems, processes and technology to provide real-time support for the UK GCDI team
• Independently and pro-actively resolve issues and challenges, ensuring delivery of day-to-day administrative activities and programmes
• Establishes and maintain a robust professional network across the GCDI and the wider administrative group
• Recent graduate at Batchelors level or higher
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong IT literacy, comfortable with meeting agenda creation using PowerPoint
• Detail oriented and able to draw insights and conclusions from financial information
• Ability to work in a cross functional and highly collaborative environment
• Talent for fast paced, highly diverse work across multiple work streams
• Experience in administration / support of business IT systems
• Experience in the health sector
