  • Processing inbound orders (no outbound sales calls)
  • Responding to varied customer service enquiries
  • Maintaining and developing existing customer relations
  • Good organization skills and knowledge of computer software
  • Previous office experience
  • Enthusiastic and able to demonstrate initiative
  • Customer focused
  • Commercially aware, numerate, articulate and computer literate
  • Enjoy being part of a lively and fun environment
