Minimum 1.8GHz with at least two processor cores, it should be less than 5 years old. Intel Atom, Celeron, Core 2 Duo or Pentium branded processors aren't supported. Desktop or laptop Windows 10 or Mac system only. Mac systems are not supported.

  • Minimum 4GB memory (RAM) 
  • 20GB free space. HDD or preferably SSD drive type
  • Minimum single monitor with at least 1440 x 900 resolution 
  • Keyboard, Mouse and USB Headset

  • Natural flair for conversation and equally impressive listening skills – creating customer loyalty 
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • 6 months of customer service experience 
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Computer Literate 
  • Our roles require you to be at least 18 years old
