Answering general emails and acting as a first-point contact for any HR related activities from internal employees
Assisting with the processing of agency invoices for temporary workers
Processing sickness and absence details onto HR and Payroll information system
Assisting with recruitment including preparing offer letters and contracts of employment, carrying out pre-employment checks and on-boarding support for new employees
Supporting with I.D checks for processing DBS applications for new and existing employees
Placing job adverts on external website and online platforms for live vacancies
Updating documents and HR files, sorting and saving records/documents onto employee e-personnel files ensuring compliance with GDPR
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous HR experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
