Job Description

Your main responsibility will be to provide account handling and administrative support to Client Service Executives on an allocated portion of Global and large Corporate accounts from our multinational portfolio.
You will also prepare timely processing instructions to local offices, Multinational Bookings Team and Credit Control, so that premiums can be debited and policies issued promptly; whilst ensuring accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems
The role also involves working closely with Credit Control, Multinational Bookings Team and other Chubb departments to ensure resolution of accounting and processing anomalies
You will encouraged to respond to queries from Client Service Executives, Underwriters, Global Client Executives and Brokers. This will involve discussion and problem solving in connection with programmes and building positive relationships with Chubb staff overseas
Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Client Service Executives to support them in account handling activities
  • Provide account management services to smaller corporate accounts from our multinational portfolio
  • Issuance of implementation instructions and claims bulletins to Chubb offices
  • Managing workloads in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and compliance standards
  • Ensure multinational workbooks are prepared maintained and completed in accordance with the Global Services Department standards
  • Track policy issuance globally to ensure Chubb meets global service level agreements
  • Supervise premium payment globally to ensure that Chubb meets monthly forecast production figures
  • Assist where required with ongoing projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department
  • Incidental work that may be required to be completed that may be outside the scope of day to day work requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally some experience in a financial services environment would be an advantage
  • Working in a busy team environment
  • A-Levels Standard or equivalent is desirable
  • Chartered Insurance Institute – Insurance Certificate is desirable
  • A foreign language would be an advantage.
