We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help the team deliver an excellent, friendly, proactive and responsive service to our customers, ensuring the best possible customer experience for all of those using the library.
This is an exciting opportunity to help create a welcoming environment which offers a compelling experience for new library customers, whilst also sustaining use by existing customers.
This is a frontline role and will involve working as part of team of Customer Service Assistants to develop and deliver excellent services and activities and customer care on a day-to-day basis.
