Job Description

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have: excellent communication and interpersonal skill for being the first point of contact for all frontline enquires through the switchboard and reception desk duties; the ability to perform effective and efficient support to a range of administrative functions; a good understanding of database systems and proactive approach. The successful applicants will work as part of our supportive dedicated administration team, to deliver a high standard of customer care and guidance to all users of our site and services. The successful candidates will perform tasks as per the job description and additional duties as required on the day as no two days are the same.
