Job Description
- You will be working alongside the Building Management Team, taking ownership for the front of house environment and delivering a first class reception service to clients, staff and visitors.
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants, guests and visitors.
- Demonstrating a working knowledge of all tenants within the building.
- Adhering to the visitor management system to ensure visitors and guests are managed in an efficient and safe manner.
- Managing the Reception email address working through the inbox thoroughly and logically, forwarding the email to the relevant departments.
- Dealing with customer complaints politely and positively making every effort to quickly resolve at the first point of contact before referring to the line manager.
- Championing the proxyclick room booking system ensuring all staff and tenants are using correctly, as well as liaising on room set up arrangements and catering with the venue events team.
- Monitoring the Reception area ensuring it is kept tidy and refreshed at all times as well as box/bags/deliveries free.
- Track receipt of courier deliveries and coordinate delivery collection.
- Sort and manage the outgoing and incoming mail.
- Assist the Building Management Team in ensuring colleagues and visitors comply with policies such as Health & Safety. Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes.
- Proactive & punctual approach to the working day.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner, being ready to work when shift begins.
- Monitoring occupancy levels on tenant floors.

Hours: This is a full-time role, the working hours are: 8:30am-5:30pm (including lunch breaks)
