Job Description

The role holder will work on the reception to greet visitors and answer the telephone and will work closely with the sales function to send out necessary samples to customers. In addition, the successful candidate will support with the minute taking and action logging of key senior meetings and will support the HR function with basic administration duties.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

  • Greet visitors, make drinks;
  • Book customer and supplier visitor car parking spaces;
  • Ensure that calls are answered and transferred accordingly in a timely manner;
  • Ensure that fabric samples are sent out to customers in a timely manner;
  • Ensure that binders and catalogues are recorded on the CRM system and sent out accordingly;
  • Ensure that post is ready for collection each day;
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are prepared and kept tidy at all times;
  • Take minutes for key meetings and ensure that they are distributed out to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner;
  • Support the HR Manager with relevant administration duties where required;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliability and punctual
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good computer skills – ability to use MS Office suite.
  • Good telephone manner and customers service skills
  • Good standard of GCSE results.
