We are looking for a resilient, robust, self-motivated clerical officer to cover reception duties throughout the division. The successful candidate will be required to cover all receptions when required, sometimes at short notice. The successful applicant will provide general admin and clerical duties, process new referrals and book appointments as required.

You will need to demonstrate attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, and be well organized, flexible and self-directive with a positive ‘can do’ /problem solving attitude. Excellent word processing and good general office skills are required. Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information within timescales, deadlines and protocols is essential. Being based in a busy office it is essential that you can work as part of wider team and be flexible in regards to covering at other health Centre’s when required.
