Job Description

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and confident in dealing with clients in person, over the phone and via e-mail. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and strong IT / administration skills.

Hours: Saturday 9am to 4.30pm and ad-hoc hours as required to be agreed on a mutual basis

Key Activities:

  • Arranging viewings
  • Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
  • Obtaining valuations
  • Regular client contact
  • Applicant management
  • Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
  • New business generation & building local brand profile
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • Nurture existing client and contact relationships

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and long standing relationships
  • Team player but able to work independently
  • Excellent IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
  • Calm under pressure
  • Pro-active thinker who maximizes opportunities
  • Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Driving License

Salary depending on experience.
