Job Description
  • To provide a reception function, liaising with clients, professionals and colleagues.
  • To represent the business displaying a professional manner, excellent personal presentation, and undertaking all work to prescribed best practice standards at all times.
  • To provide administrative, logistical and planning support to the Sales and Marketing team.
  • To work closely with the Marketing Manager to provide planning support for Exhibitions and events, including: booking hotels and travel, allocating stock and resources, collating documentation, creating and sharing marketing materials, supporting logistics.
  • To provide support with the preparation and distribution of marketing material for a range of campaigns, e.g. adverts, presentations, press-releases, social media content etc.
  • To work closely with the Sales and Manufacturing team, processing orders, creating quotes and room plans
  • Completing product patterns from templates, ensuring accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Using a variety of Sales and Marketing software - full training will be provided
  • To produce documents using relevant software, such as reports, procedures forms etc to meet the needs of the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Interest in Marketing and Sales and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication literacy and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive and enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience in formatting
  • Good numeracy, high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to adapt and work under pressure
  • The ability to work under direction and on own initiative.
  • To understand and be able to priorities workload in line with the business demands and as part of a small team
  • Good information gathering and problem solving skills
  • Good team work skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Healthcare or education experience is beneficial but not essential
